Osteopathy

Sara Mellor is registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) a regulatory body set up under the country's Osteopaths Act 1993. The GOsC sets and promotes high standards of competency, conduct and safety.
In the UK, since the Osteopaths Act, osteopathy has been a recognized profession. Some doctors within the country's National Health Service recognize osteopathy as a therapy and refer patients to its practitioners when other forms of treatment are not successful or are considered inappropriate.
